Contex is an established TV Brand in Hong Kong since 2008.

Although established in Hong Kong for more than a decade, Contex has only expanded regionally in 2017. We are very careful in choosing our Retail Outlets with the firm interest in passing the savings to our customers.

You are more than welcome to visit us and experience Contex TV with us at our showroom. 🙂 We buy you kopi some more.

It depends on the viewing distance of the TV. Here is a list of recommended viewing distance for the various sizes.

  • 32″ – 1.3m
  • 43″ – 1.7m
  • 50″ – 1.3m
  • 55′ – 1.4m
  • 65″ – 1.7m

Yes. All Contex TVs comes with DVB-T2 tuners. However, as with most TVs, you will need an additional digital antenna which is available for purchase through our website or showroom.

The Android System is not upgradeable. 🙁

Yes. You can view all Contex TVs at our showroom in 221 Henderson Road, Henderson Building, #08-17, S159557.

We accept cash, PayNow, PayLah! and credit cards. However, Cash, PayNow and PayLah! is only available for self-collection. We currently do not accept cash on delivery.

We do not offer international shipping at this moment. However, if you are interested to get Contex TVs in your locale, please feel free to contact us for more information. Thank you.

We will contact you in one working day after receiving the payment to arrange for delivery date.

But we need to see if the area can install first or not.

It would be best for you to contact us prior to ordering installation service for us to determine if the intended wall is suitable for mounting your Contex TV.

Installations varies from $60 to $80 depending on the TV size.

Yes. You can exchange your Contex TV if it is found faulty within 7 days of your TV purchase.

That would fall under our return policy and then you can make a separate purchase of your preferred Contex TV.

Yes. We do! You can try our Contex TVs with no worries for 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with your TV, you can return the TV to us for a full refund.

Within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us directly to inform us of your intention to return. Following which,

  1. You will have to prepare your Contex TV for return.
  2. Return the TV to us
  3. Refund will be processed within the next 14 days upon receipt of the returned TV.

We will only process returns and refunds for Contex TVs only. The refunds does not apply to services performed (shipping and installation) and to other accessories (Wall mounts, TV Antennas, etc) bought together with Contex TV.

 A full refund will be only be processed if all of the following conditions are met,

  • The Contex TV is still in working condition,
  • the Contex TV and Remote Controller are free from any major physical defect,
  • the Original Box is in ‘resellable’ condition,
  • together with all protective packaging material (foam and plastic bags) clean and intact,
  • the Contex TV and remote controller is to be packed back into the box as per originally packed.

After packing the TV and accompanying accessories properly into the box, you have to bring your Contex TV to our service centre for returns, otherwise you can also arrange for us to pack and pick up the TV from you at $50. This $50 have to be paid upon picking up of the TV via Cash, PayNow or PayLah!.

We will still accept the working Contex TV for return but we will only proceed a refund of 50% to make up for the missing materials.

Removal and disposal of existing TV are at a fee of $30 per TV.

All Contex TVs bought locally are covered under local manufacturer’s onsite warranty for three years.

We cover all parts and panel under normal usage. More details can be found here.
